Dr. Ayodele Oni has been recognized as being “in a league of his own” by the internationally renowned directory, Who’s Who Legal and has also been consistently ranked amongst the World’s leading lawyers in the Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500. He has been actively involved in several gas and electric power sector related transactions, including advising on privatization, restructuring, acquisitions, amongst others.

Dr. Oni won the Nigerian Young Lawyer of the Year award, at the Legal Awards, in the year 2010. He was also voted, in the year 2016, amongst the top 40 lawyers under the age of 40 years old. Apart from the foregoing, he has also authored several articles in leading law publications and journals and is the author of the leading text on the Nigerian electric power sector and oil and gas sector. He facilitates at trainings and conferences on diverse subjects relating to electric power, oil and gas; locally and internationally. He is also an adjunct lecturer at the Center for Petroleum, Energy Economics and Law, University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Furthermore, he co-owns a company which assets include a mini-LPG skid and that company is currently constructing a larger LPG Plant.
