Ijeoma Isichei is the Commercial Manager at WAGL Energy Ltd – a Joint Venture Company between the Sahara Energy Resource Ltd and NNPC Ltd.  She is a Business Leader with over 12 years of progressive experience in the Oil and Gas industry, having carved a niche in Gas (LPG, NGLs and LNG) commercial negotiations and business development across West Africa. She holds an Engineering Degree & Master’s Degree from the University of Birmingham, an MBA from Imperial College, as well as several certifications in Project Management and Commercial Contracts Management.

She manages her Company’s portfolio of domestic LPG distribution from its NLNG DES LPG Contract, importation of LPG into Nigeria and the commercial operations of their NNPC NGLs (LPG and Condensate) Export contracts. She also oversees the vessel chartering process within Nigeria of WAGL’s LPG Fleet of vessels (consisting of 2 Handy sized carriers and 2 Mid-Sized Carriers).

As an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, she effectively networks, collaborates, negotiates, and maintains positive partnerships with private and public stakeholders and business leaders nationwide, including the Federal Government, Ministries of Power and Petroleum, Government Parastatals, and upstream and downstream companies.
