He is a second-class upper graduate of philosophy from the University of Lagos with a masters degree in public and international affairs from the same university. He has acquired a number of certifications, attended and still attend seminars, workshops, conferences etc all because of his love and passion for knowledge and continuous learning.

His career Journey has gone from Advertising, public relations and marketing with interpublic Nigeria limited to telecommunications with Globacom Nigeria Limited as management trainee before leadership called. From Globacom Limited, he moved to Relate Africa as Executive Director. His knowledge and practice of Human resources and Human management grew with this position before he became a Founding Partner, COO and Head Nigeria Operations for Vantage Consulting and Vantage Certifications. His passion and desire for bigger and more dynamic impact made him step down his partnership and positions to start what is today known as The Blue Eagle Group.

Joseph Ogundare is currently a Senior Trainer, Faculty Member, Founder and CEO of the Blue Eagle Executive Training And Coaching Academy, a local and international corporate training and coaching company. This Academy is a member of the Blue Eagle group. He is a passionate serial entrepreneur.
