Ladi is the Managing Director of Equus Trading and Logistcs Limited ( Formerly Le Global Oilfield Services Limited) and also currently serves as the Deputy President of the Nigeria LP Gas association.

A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lagos,he at various times has worked in both the telecomms and shipping sectors and has garnered almost 20 years experience working in the LPG sector.His robust understanding of the LPG value chain has enabled him actively participate in the growth of the sector over the years.
