Toye Odunsi is an astute insurance professional and a serial entrepreneur. He is a graduate of the University of Lagos and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and the Wharton Advanced Management Program of the University of Pennsylvania. He has worked in various organizations, from insurance underwriting companies to insurance brokerage outfits. His entrepreneurial expertise has birthed successful start-ups and initiatives, prominent among these is that which culminated in the first merger in the insurance industry in recent times.

In his over three-decades illustrious career in Insurance, Toye worked as a foundation staff in Cornerstone Insurance Company, served as the Managing Director of former Crusader Insurance Plc and later Managing Director of Custodian and Allied Insurance Company, he is currently the Chief Clients officer of Mascot Insurance Brokers Limited. He has served as a director on numerous boards and governing councils including African Reinsurance Corporation, Nigeria Liability Insurance Pool, Energy & Allied Insurance Pool of Nigeria, and Nigerian Insurers Association, just to name a few. Toye is happily married with children.
